The SDL-6500FYSV lock is compatible with both the original Z-Wave Security Standard S0 and the new Security Standard S2 with Smart Start.
This product is compatible with any Z-Wave network and can be used in conjunction with other Z-Wave certified devices from other manufacturers. To boost network dependability, all mains-operated nodes inside the network, regardless of manufacturer, will act as repeaters.
